About The Position

Mobily is hiring a retail store leader for its Laredo Plantation Centre location in Laredo, Texas. The role owns store sales and operations, drives business performance, and leads the team in delivering a strong customer experience. The store leader coaches and motivates employees, supports the launch of products and services, manages inventory, and handles administrative responsibilities such as compliance and reporting. The listed salary range is $30,000–$55,000 per year, plus commission.

Requirements

• At least one year of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales processes and commissioned sales.
• At least one year of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Create an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
• Launch new products and services with the District Manager and other key partners.
• Train and develop the team to sell confidently and knowledgeably.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
• Work actively on the sales floor to coach and motivate the team.
• Handle administrative duties, including compliance and reporting.
• Manage store inventory.
