About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of operating a retail and food-service location in the Monona area. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours over five days per week and receive time-and-a-half for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. The shift is variable. The role offers a full pay range of $54,562.30 to $81,855.80, with actual pay based on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip also shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that typically range from 8–12% of gross annual wages, depending on company profitability.
