About The Position
Mobily is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead store sales and operations, drive business performance, and support team success. The role involves leading by example, coaching employees, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager helps launch new products and services with the District Manager and other partners, manages inventory, develops the team, and maintains a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment. The listed salary range is $30,000–$55,000 per year, base plus commission.
Requirements
- One year of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales and commissioned sales.
- One year of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Create an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
- Launch new products and services with the District Manager and other key partners.
- Train and develop the team to sell confidently and knowledgeably.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
- Work actively on the sales floor to coach and motivate the team.
- Handle administrative duties, including compliance and reporting.
- Manage store inventory.
