About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and help the team achieve sales and profit projections. The role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and supports recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The position offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills, with opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
