About The Position

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The role assists the Store Manager with daily operations and steps into that role when needed. It involves supervising, training, and supporting team members; providing attentive customer service; maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and safe store; following policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales; managing inventory; completing reports; and helping maintain high operational standards. The posted pay rate is up to $19.00 per hour. The position requires flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and to travel to nearby stores when needed. Requirements

2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and assume the Store Manager's role when needed.
Supervise, train, and support team members.
Greet customers, assist with purchases, resolve issues professionally, and build positive relationships with regular guests.
Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe.
Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
