Assistant Store Manager - Zales - Willowbrook Mall
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections. The role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and supports recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces all Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. Zales provides training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career development. Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
