About The Position

Zales is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role supports daily achievement of individual and team standards to attain sales and profit projections, contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
