About The Position

Zales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead daily store operations. The role focuses on maintaining individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections, creating an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
