About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and supporting sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. The role helps maintain individual and team standards, contributes to sales and profit projections, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and role-related skills, along with opportunities for career development and advancement.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
