About The Position

Assistant Managers oversee all aspects of store operations and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. They lead by example to deliver high customer satisfaction, high-quality custard, and exceptional service, while helping maintain Andy’s fun, family-like, professional culture. This is a hands-on role that involves working up front with guests and staff across shifts, rather than working in an office. The position offers opportunities to develop team members and grow with the company as it opens more stores.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or a leadership role in a related industry.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
• Must lead by example and uphold high operating standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to coach and provide ongoing feedback to develop the team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
• Must be able to stand and walk constantly.
• Must occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 55 pounds independently and safely.
• Must occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, or similar structures.
• Must constantly use a computer, point-of-sale register, and found equipment.
• Must frequently and continually flex or rotate the wrist and spine intermittently.
• Must constantly reach, turn, and perform precision work around the fountain area.
• Must constantly talk and exchange ideas through spoken communication.
• Must have constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
