About The Position
Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Pensacola, Florida. As a member of the location management team, this role provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The Assistant Store Manager helps ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals while fostering an energetic and fun working environment. The role may also perform the duties of other store team members, including Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians, as business needs or absences require. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience. A current and valid driver's license is required.
