About The Position

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team performance. The role focuses on helping the team achieve individual and collective standards, sales goals, and profit projections while contributing to an excellent customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, supports recruiting and selection, and helps enforce Company policies and procedures. The position also involves other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
