About The Position

StorageMart is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Cudahy, Wisconsin, at $18.00 per hour. The role supports the Store Manager with store operations, business growth, and sales while delivering customer service by phone, in person, and email. The Assistant Store Manager opens, operates, and closes the office; maintains a clean, safe, and secure facility through light maintenance and cleaning; manages customer accounts and setup; and handles administrative tasks, including debt management. The role occasionally requires travel between stores to support other locations. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
• Valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and access to a vehicle; mileage is reimbursed for travel between stores.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to support store operations, business growth, and sales.
• Serve customers by phone, in person, and email, addressing their needs and providing support.

• Manage customer accounts and assist with account setup.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including debt management.
• Occasionally travel between stores to support other locations and maintain consistent standards.
