About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports all aspects of operations at ERIK'S, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and high-performing staff. The role supports the Store Manager in maintaining ERIK'S standards, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing store operations. Team members are expected to remain flexible and help wherever needed to meet customer and store needs and contribute to the business’s overall success.

• Proven success in retail sales.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent sales skills.
• Leadership capabilities to inspire, guide, and support a high-performing team.
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in ensuring the entire store staff operates on ERIK'S Rails.
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Remain flexible and support customer and store needs wherever needed.
