About The Position
Mobily is seeking a retail store leader to oversee store sales and operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support team performance. The role involves leading by example, coaching and developing employees, managing inventory, launching new products and services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment. The position offers base pay plus commission and uncapped bonus potential.
Requirements
- At least one year of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales processes and commissioned sales.
- At least one year of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Create an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
- Launch new products and services in collaboration with the District Manager and other key partners.
- Train and develop the team to sell confidently and knowledgeably.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
- Work actively on the sales floor to coach and motivate employees.
- Handle administrative duties, including compliance and reporting.
- Manage store sales, operations, and inventory.
