About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and sales performance. The role helps maintain individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections, supports a strong customer-satisfaction environment, and develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation. It also contributes to recruiting and selecting team members, enforcing company policies and procedures, and carrying out other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career development. The position offers base pay of $16.50–$26.30 plus sales commission, with the final rate based on experience and qualifications. Some benefits apply to full-time team members only.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
