About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager at the BOSS Store in King of Prussia helps deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS through merchandise presentation and effective store operations. The role supports store management in achieving sales and profit goals, managing inventory, developing staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and Health & Safety requirements. The position also involves community engagement, recruiting, and adapting to varied hours and days to oversee store operations.

Requirements

2–3 years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and leadership skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
Ability to process information and merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.
Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.

BS College Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and showcase the brand through merchandise presentations.
Support sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control to achieve positive results.
Train and develop staff, communicate effectively, solve problems, and work with the merchant group to drive business.
Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development, and service.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
Ensure Health & Safety conditions are fulfilled, staff are supported in meeting standards, and relevant documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
