About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations at an assigned HOT Goodwill retail store. The job typically requires standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and use of hands and arms; regularly lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds; and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
