About The Position

Vannoy's Tires, Inc. Tire Pros has served Pensacola and Gulf Breeze, Florida, since 1985 and operates five locations offering tire, wheel, and other automotive services. The Assistant Store Manager/Sales and Service Advisor sells and promotes the company’s products and services while following store standards and expectations. The role helps customers identify service needs, understand recommendations and costs, and stay informed about the status of their vehicles. Compensation is $35,000 to $55,000 per year, with bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Professional appearance and demonstrated ability to work in a process-driven environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Must pass an MVR/background check screening.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously in person and by telephone using the company’s customer service techniques.
Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and review service history to identify and verify service needs.
Recommend appropriate services and clearly communicate technician recommendations; document recommendations in customer files.
Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating knowledge of products and related service requirements.
Provide accurate quotes, including cost and estimated completion time, for approved services and update customers on service status throughout the day.
Follow checkout procedures, review completed multi-point inspections, and explain applicable warranties.
Make post-repair and declined-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
