About The Position

As a member of store management at JD Finish Line, you will manage daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role offers autonomy to contribute to the store’s success and the company’s growth. The posting covers Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor positions at the Coral Square store in Coral Springs, Florida. Assistant Store Managers must be available for a minimum standard work week of five days, averaging 44 hours, with longer hours during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available at least five days per week and work a minimum standard of 30 hours weekly. All management team members must be available on weekends and holidays and during the morning, day, and night hours needed to open and close the store. The position involves prolonged standing, handling and stocking merchandise, and working in a moderately noisy retail setting. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be able to communicate, read, and write in English and perform business-related mathematics. A high school diploma or GED is required. The employer may provide reasonable accommodations as required by law.

Requirements

Proven experience as a retail store manager or in a similar role, with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
For Assistant Store Manager: open availability during the hours needed to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; availability at least five days per week; average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak sales periods.
For Supervisor: availability during the hours needed to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; availability at least five days per week; minimum standard work week of 30 hours.
All management team members must be available on weekends and holidays, be punctual and regularly attend work, and have reliable transportation.
Must speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff, and read and write English and perform business-related mathematics to handle normal business tasks and understand corporate sales reports.
May need to move to different company locations based on operational needs and career growth.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
