About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring management team members for its Flat Iron Crossing store in Broomfield, Colorado. Management team members oversee daily store operations, lead and develop employees, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting store sales, profitability, and company growth. The roles include Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor, with different weekly availability and hours requirements. Assistant Store Managers have a minimum standard work week of five days and an average standard work week of 44 hours, which may increase during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available at least five days per week and work a minimum standard of 30 hours per week. All management roles require availability during store opening and closing hours, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The work takes place in a moderately noisy retail setting and involves prolonged standing and other physical tasks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Assistant Store Manager: open availability during hours necessary to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; a minimum standard work week of five days; average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak sales periods.
• Supervisor: availability during hours necessary to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; availability at least five days per week; minimum standard work week of 30 hours.
• All management roles require weekend and holiday availability, punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies, and reliable transportation.
• Must speak, read, and write English sufficiently to converse with customers, supervise staff, perform business-related mathematics, and understand corporate sales reports.
• May need to move to different locations within the company's network based on operational needs and career growth.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
