About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring management team members for its Stonecrest store in Lithonia, Georgia. Management members oversee daily store operations, develop and motivate staff, and deliver strong customer experiences. The role contributes to store sales, profitability, operational performance, and community engagement. Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, including a record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Commitment to excellent customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Assistant Store Manager: open availability for store opening and closing hours; at least five workdays per week; average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak sales periods.
Supervisor: availability for store opening and closing hours and at least five days of availability per week; minimum standard work week of 30 hours.
Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to speak English clearly to communicate with customers and supervise staff, and to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics.
At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two or more years of retail leadership experience, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
