Requirements

Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to store employees.
Demonstrated ability to support employee retention, identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting a loyalty program.
Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and comply with health and sanitation procedures.
Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
Proficient computer knowledge.
A valid driver's license from the state of residence and automotive liability insurance maintained during employment.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
Microsoft products knowledge, particularly Word and Excel, is preferred.
