About The Position
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic Assistant Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, a self-starter and think "outside the box" type of person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym environment. Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym environment
- Retail/sales experience with high conversion skills
- Experience selling memberships
- Supervisory experience
- High level of enthusiasm
- Proven record of sales success in a membership based business
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the front desk
- Motivate and train our Spa Associate team to convert and perform at 40+% conversion
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
