About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an energetic, people-oriented, sales-savvy Assistant Spa Manager for its South Austin, Texas team. The role helps lead the team, support the Spa Manager, maintain smooth daily operations, meet sales goals, and create positive experiences for guests and employees. Requirements

Experience in retail management, sales, or hospitality leadership.
Strong relationship-building and people skills.

Comfort with technology, scheduling systems, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Coach, motivate, mentor, and celebrate team members while holding them accountable.
Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and reporting.
Inspire the team to achieve membership, package, and retail sales goals, and help guests understand the benefits of regular self-care.
Welcome guests, answer questions, book appointments, and create experiences that encourage guests to return.
Collaborate with the Spa Manager, solve problems, take initiative, and help achieve the spa's goals.
