Requirements

2+ years in a membership-based sales environment (spa, fitness, studio, wellness, med spa, etc.)
Experience coaching a team to hit sales goals
Organized, dependable, and comfortable with KPIs and booking/POS systems

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Coach daily membership conversion and help the team improve week over week
Train objection-handling and closing skills
Drive upgrades and retail habits that lift average ticket
Execute daily booking activity: calls, texts, follow-ups, reschedules, confirmations
Reduce cancellations and improve show rates through consistent follow-up
Maximize provider utilization and protect schedule flow
Maintain standards: opening/closing, cleanliness, cash handling, protocols
Resolve guest concerns quickly, calmly, and professionally
Run quick daily huddles and weekly coaching check-ins
