Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to partner with the Spa Manager in leading a high-performing team, supporting daily operations, and fostering a positive, energetic culture. The Assistant Spa Manager will help drive business success through team coaching, exceptional guest experiences, and achieving sales and service goals.

Requirements

Leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, or a customer-focused environment
A passion for coaching people and helping teams succeed
Strong sales mindset with the ability to inspire performance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to balance coaching, accountability, and daily operational responsibilities
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
An appreciation for health, wellness, massage therapy, and skincare

Nice To Haves

Experience with scheduling or booking software is a plus

Responsibilities

Help lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, successful spa
Coach, develop, and motivate a team of Spa Associates to achieve sales and service goals
Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
Support membership growth and retail sales through confident coaching and leadership
Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations while resolving guest and team concerns professionally
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and positive spa environment
Partner with the Spa Manager to build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
