About The Position
Sparkle Express Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager for its East Peoria location. The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager with daily operations and works hands-on alongside the team to keep the site running smoothly. The role focuses on leading and coaching employees, delivering fast and friendly guest service, driving membership sales, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized site. This position offers a base rate of $18 per hour plus commission, paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance toward Site Manager and other operations leadership roles.
Requirements
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, or a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Confidence promoting services and working toward sales goals.
- Reliability, initiative, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
- Pride in one's work, a supportive attitude toward the team, and follow-through.
