Assistant Site Manager II – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Assistant Site Manager assists the site manager in ensuring the store operates effectively and meets or exceeds customer-service needs. The role engages prospective customers to promote monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsells products to existing customers. It supports day-to-day site operations, team development, sales and growth, labor and scheduling, financial controls, quality assurance, inventory, and compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. The role also handles customer escalations, learns the wash process and equipment, and pursues educational and training opportunities. The position is based at 4940 N Hamilton Rd, Columbus, Ohio, 43230, and pays $22.00 per hour with the opportunity to qualify for additional incentives based on site performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of customer-service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
- Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with customers.
- Ability to provide and follow clear directions.
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
- Ability to present a professional image according to appearance guidelines.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift and work on one’s feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.

- Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
- Manage the P&L by monitoring chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
- Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
- Follow cash-management procedures, including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
- Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Learn the wash process and equipment to expand job knowledge.
- Pursue growth through educational and training opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Engage potential customers and present monthly unlimited car wash packages; upsell products to existing customers.
- Assist the site manager in operating the store and meeting customer-service needs.
