Assistant Site Manager II – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Assistant Site Manager helps the site manager keep the store operating effectively and meet customer service needs. The role involves engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The Assistant Site Manager also supports daily site operations, team leadership and development, sales growth, scheduling and labor management, expense monitoring, quality control, cash handling, inventory, safety, and customer issue resolution. The position offers opportunities for training, professional development, and career advancement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
- Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with customers.
- Ability to provide and follow clear directions.
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
- Present a professional image in accordance with appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
- Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.

- Manage labor and staff scheduling successfully.
- Support effective P&L management by monitoring chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
- Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks.
- Follow cash management procedures, including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
- Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Pursue further growth through educational and training opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
