About The Position

Sparkle Express Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Manager in Morton, Illinois. The Assistant Manager works hands-on alongside the team, supports the Site Manager with daily operations, helps keep the site running smoothly, develops and coaches employees, and contributes to positive guest experiences and business results. The role includes promoting memberships, working toward sales goals, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized site.

Requirements

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Confidence promoting services and working toward sales goals.
• Reliability, initiative, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
• Pride in one’s work, support for the team, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with daily operations and help keep the site running smoothly.
• Lead by example and coach the team to provide fast, friendly service.
• Drive membership sales and help the team reach its goals.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Keep the site clean, safe, organized, and ready for business.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and help the team perform at its best.
