About The Position
ModWash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations at its Hinesville, Georgia location. The role supports the general manager with site and team responsibilities and helps deliver a strong customer experience while growing membership sales. The Assistant Site Manager educates customers about wash packages and unlimited memberships, supports employees in achieving sales goals, and helps maintain site standards, equipment, safety, and cleanliness. This position includes customer-facing sales and service, operational responsibilities, team support and training, chemical inventory management, and administrative duties. The schedule is flexible and may include evenings and weekends. The role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and physical mobility around customers, vehicles, and equipment. Compensation is listed as $16.00 base plus commission per month. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Passion for serving others.
- Strong customer-service skills; previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile, wave, and welcoming attitude.
- Present and sell ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
- Guide customers through package and membership options, and engage with them before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
- Perform opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
- Maintain site service standards and help keep facilities clean and presentable.
- Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
- Assist with overseeing employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
- Identify opportunities to improve the business.
- Assist with attracting, recruiting, and developing employees.
- Manage chemical inventory, usage, and costs.
- Train and motivate the team to enroll new members.
- Perform administrative duties, which may include performance-management documentation, team calls, terminations, employee relations, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Stay mobile and engaged with team members and customers at the pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot.
