Assistant Site Manager
About The Position
Caliber Car Wash is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to help operate a new, state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash. The role is essential to the car wash’s operations and is responsible for helping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The company is seeking a service-oriented leader interested in building a long-term career and growing with the organization. The position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and follow-through. Caliber Car Wash operates more than 50 locations across the Southeast and Texas and has projected growth to more than 100 sites within three years. Its purpose is to improve people’s lives by providing career opportunities and professional growth to teammates and exceptionally clean cars through an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- At least two years of management experience; service-industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to develop and train a workforce, build relationships, and achieve results through others.
- Ability to proactively develop and use effective strategies to meet client and internal deadlines.
- Passion for delivering superior customer service and taking pride in driving location success.
- Excellent listening, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to complete work properly and on time.

Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve customer questions, problems, and complaints.
