Alamosa Assistant Site Leader
About The Position
The Assistant Site Leader assists the Site Leader with the day-to-day operation of a car wash, including attaining sales and profit goals, training and sustaining staff, and maintaining company values, policies, culture, and brand standards. The role uses leadership and adherence to company principles and policies to deliver high levels of customer service. The Assistant Site Leader may lead the team when the Site Leader is absent and supports site operations, production, labor, and profitability. The position includes safety and operational oversight, staff coaching, customer service, sales and membership support, site and equipment upkeep, cash handling, and follow-up on incidents and claims. The role is eligible for cash and digital tips, and other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Related management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
- Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances.
- Ability to remain alert and maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Site Leader to oversee car wash operations.
- Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed in daily tasks.
- Assist with coaching, training, and developing new and existing staff.
- Ensure customers and teammates are treated appropriately.
- Lead the team in the absence of the Site Leader.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with overall site operations, production, labor, and profitability.
- Follow procedural, operational, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe site, including the tunnel, equipment, lot, lobby, and restrooms.
- Ensure equipment and mechanical systems operate at their optimum capability and address issues immediately.
- Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs.
- Respond to or relieve congested areas caused by fluctuations in business flow.
- Maintain site appearance, equipment, and brand standards.
- Perform safety adherence, team and site presentation, key holder duties, cash handling, one-on-one coaching, R.O.Es, pre-shift meetings, process implementation, incident and claim follow-up, chemical inventory management, quality control, Tier 2 mechanical solutions, and Assistant Site Leader assessments.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
