About The Position

Bluewave Express Wash is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Site Leader to help lead car wash operations and deliver a positive customer experience. Working with the Site Leader, this role supports team development, daily operations, safety, sales, wash quality, brand standards, and financial performance. The position involves outdoor work in a fast-paced environment. Car-washing experience is not required; training will be provided.

Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership experience; enthusiastic and positive applicants are also encouraged to apply.
Positive attitude when facing challenges.
Basic information technology and computer skills.
Mechanical ability or willingness to learn mechanical skills.
Ability to work energetically in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to learn; previous car-washing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Site Leader to recruit, train, and coach team members.
Ensure the site and team members maintain a professional appearance.
Support daily car wash operations.
Follow Bluewave policies and procedures.
Work with the Site Leader to maintain a fun and safe workplace.
Partner with the Site Leader to drive local volume and sales.
Monitor wash quality and uphold Bluewave brand standards.
Review financial performance with the Site Leader and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use software programs and applications, including Microsoft Office and the point-of-sale system.
Continue learning and improving in the role.
