Camp Fire Alaska is seeking an Assistant Site Director to help youth develop social, emotional, physical, and academic skills through hands-on, educational activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and structured play in a safely organized after-school program setting. This role involves supporting the Senior Site Director in planning, management, and supervision of an assigned site, and ensuring program quality through age-appropriate activities, coaching, and supervision of site staff. The position offers an opportunity to engage in work that supports Camp Fire’s mission to help youth find their spark, lift their voice, and discover who they are.
