About The Position

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our sign production team as an Assistant Sign Fabricator. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided for someone interested in building a long-term career in sign manufacturing and fabrication. You will work alongside experienced fabricators and designers to help produce custom signs from start to finish. Projects vary daily and may include cutting materials, applying vinyl graphics, operating CNC equipment, and assisting with basic metal fabrication.

Requirements

• Interest in hands-on fabrication, construction, or manufacturing work
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and equipment
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tools, woodworking, metalwork, or CNC equipment is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare sign materials (plastic, aluminum, composite panels, etc.)
• Apply vinyl graphics to sign stock and finished products
• Assist with CNC routing and machine operation
• Help fabricate and assemble sign structures and components
• Build and install basic metal mounting hardware (light welding/fabrication work)
• Follow design layouts provided by the production/design team
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
