About The Position

Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience, related military experience, or related education/training such as a degree or certificate.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage people.
- Ability to work flexible hours as business or customer needs require.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction while upholding safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation.
- Schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup.
- Manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements.
- Support Service Management in maintaining dealership standards and overseeing the service department.
