About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to provide strong customer experiences and technology solutions using AT&T products and services. The role is based at the Rochester, Indiana location and combines sales, customer service, team development, and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Assistant Retail Store Manager helps achieve personal and store performance goals, supports daily operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, and develops team members through training and coaching. The position also involves assisting customers with buying decisions, participating in marketing activities, and maintaining a clean and engaging environment. My Wireless offers paid training and potential pathways to manage a location. This job description is not all-inclusive, and employees may perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Management experience in a similar field.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach others to achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

• Maintain a fun, clean, and engaging work environment for customers and team members.
