About The Position

The Assistant Manager - Sales helps provide customers with access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. The role supports sales growth, customer service, deliveries and pickups, and store merchandising. It includes work in the store and customers’ homes, including driving company vehicles and handling, transporting, loading, unloading, and installing products. Requirements

1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; the role requires driving company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting for new business and customers.
Provide friendly, high-quality customer experiences in stores and customers’ homes.
Safely and compliantly load and unload products and install them, following handling and transportation procedures.
Maintain an inviting, organized, and clean store for customers and coworkers.
Drive company vehicles for work-related duties.
