About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver a strong customer experience and provide technology solutions using AT&T products and services. The role works in a fast-paced retail environment focused on customer satisfaction and sales, and offers development and potential advancement to manage a My Wireless location.

The position is based at the Sky Canyon store in Las Vegas, Nevada. Compensation is listed as $27,560–$52,560 per year, base plus commission. This job description is not all-inclusive, and employees may perform other related duties to meet the organization’s ongoing needs.

Requirements

• Management experience in a similar field.
• Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach team members to achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed sales and operational initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with store operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with developing, training, and managing team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Develop skills to prepare for a potential opportunity to become a My Wireless Retail Store Manager.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and engaging work environment for customers and team members.
• Work collaboratively to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize daily selling opportunities.
