About The Position

The Assistant Retail Store Manager partners with the store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role helps manage and develop a team, support merchandising and product launches, and meet or exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience with AT&T products and services. The position includes coaching retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals, with paid training to support leadership success.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
Initiative and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Partner with the store manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
