About The Position

The Assistant Retail Store Manager partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports store operations, team management and development, merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives while helping ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The position includes coaching retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals, with paid training to support leadership development.

Requirements

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
Initiative and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Partner with the store manager to oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store.
