About The Position

Downtown Flavortown is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead its restaurant, bar, and private dining experiences. The role emphasizes creating memorable guest experiences, leading an energetic team, and supporting food, beverage, and service operations in a fast-paced environment. The manager works on the floor coaching team members and assisting guests, while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in high-volume food and beverage and bar operations.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and with people.
• ServeSafe and ABC certification, or willingness to obtain them.
• Organized, motivated, and detail-focused.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team across food, beverage, and service.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and service standards.
• Support inventory, labor, and cost controls.
• Coach the team on the floor and assist guests.
• Assist with private events and group service.
• Help maintain smooth operations, including POS troubleshooting and table touches.
