Assistant Relationship Manager
About The Position
BSNB is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for its Ravena Office. The role delivers a high-quality customer experience by meeting customers’ needs and accurately and efficiently processing basic to complex financial-service transactions, while remaining alert to potential fraud and irregular transactional activity. The Assistant Relationship Manager takes a consultative approach to identifying opportunities that benefit customers and assists with deposit-account opening and maintenance, consumer lending, and other bank products and services. The role refers customers to other lines of business when appropriate, supports the Relationship Manager with day-to-day branch operations and regulatory compliance, contributes to branch sales goals, and works with colleagues to support their coaching and development.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in a sales- and/or service-oriented position.
- Prior cash-handling experience.
- Demonstrated excellent customer-service skills.
- Ability to use a computer to input and retrieve data.

- Support the Relationship Manager with day-to-day tasks to help the branch operate efficiently and comply with applicable regulatory requirements and policies.
- Contribute to the overall branch sales goal.
- Work with colleagues to support their coaching and development.
