About The Position

BSNB is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for its Milton Crest Office. The role delivers a high-quality customer experience by identifying and meeting customer needs, accurately processing financial service transactions, and monitoring for potential fraud or irregular activity. The Assistant Relationship Manager takes a consultative approach to identifying relevant products and services and assists customers with deposit account opening and maintenance, consumer lending, and other bank services. The role refers customers to other lines of business, supports the Relationship Manager with daily branch operations and regulatory compliance, contributes to branch sales goals, and helps coach and develop branch colleagues.

Requirements

Associate's degree in business or a related field.
One to three years of experience in a sales- and/or service-oriented position.
Prior cash handling experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to use a computer to input and retrieve data.

Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality customer experience and ensure customer needs are met.
Accurately and efficiently process basic to complex financial service transactions.
Detect and report potential fraud and irregular transactional activities.
Identify opportunities to offer customers beneficial products and services.
Assist with depository account opening and deposit account maintenance, consumer lending, and other bank products and services.
Refer customers to other lines of business for additional needs and services.
Support the Relationship Manager with day-to-day tasks to help the branch operate efficiently and comply with applicable regulatory requirements and procedures.
Contribute to the branch sales goal.
Work with branch colleagues to coach and develop them.
