About The Position
EchoPark Automotive is seeking an Assistant Reconditioning Manager for its dealership in Chesterfield, Missouri. The role supports the Recon Manager and reconditioning teams in delivering vehicles that meet quality and time standards. The Assistant Reconditioning Manager is accountable for targets related to volume, quality, turnaround time, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity.

Responsibilities
- Support the Recon Manager in overseeing daily reconditioning operations.
- Drive production to meet frontline commitments and inventory targets.
- Monitor aging units and ensure timely completion.
- Partner with technicians, parts teams, and vendors to remove roadblocks.
- Maintain quality, cost-control, and safety standards across repairs.
- Validate recommended repairs and adherence to reconditioning standards.
- Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and team accountability.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
