Requirements

  • One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Possess a current driver's license which is not under suspension.
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings.
  • Experience using drafting software.
  • Experience with commercial furniture systems.
  • Able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, renovation, and relocation efforts by working with space managers and agency partners
  • Use the TRIRIGA system to track projects and prepare reports, occupancy plans, and space inventories
  • Collect space measurements, review conditions, and recommend the best use of available areas
  • Help study owned and leased properties to identify opportunities for shared space or cost-saving changes
  • Work with suppliers and project leads to prepare and present furniture layout options
  • Consider safety codes, accessibility standards, and lease requirements when supporting project plans
