About The Position

Support the Global Property department in delivering project and property management solutions that meet the company’s real estate and facility needs. Lead end-to-end project management for new and renovated facilities, including major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural system replacements. Partner with internal teams and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers) to plan, design, and execute projects. Prepare and administer agreements with designers, consultants, and contractors. Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. Drive facilities readiness and support business continuity planning across business units. Implement and maintain computerized maintenance management and building automation systems. Establish and enforce contractor/vendor standards across the enterprise; audit for compliance. Build strong relationships with business unit leaders; serve as primary point of contact to ensure objectives are met. Develop and manage property-level operating and capital budgets, including forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis. Inspect facilities and contractor work to ensure quality and adherence to standards and agreements. Coordinate with Legal, EHS, Real Estate, Facilities, and operational teams to align project requirements. Maintain awareness of leases, renewals, and obligations; support recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in real estate development, design, construction, or related field.
  • Proven project management experience, including managing multi-discipline contractors.
  • Familiarity with facilities (buildings & grounds) maintenance operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to internal stakeholder service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

  • Experience with commercial real estate development, leasing, design, and construction preferred.
