About The Position

The Lindsey Bartley Team is one of Lubbock's most active real estate teams, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic Team Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and our team moving forward. We are looking for someone to work 30 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent grad who wants real-world experience in a fast-paced, people-first business environment. You'll get your hands on a little bit of everything — from marketing projects to event support to keeping our workspace sharp and running efficiently. If you're someone who takes initiative, pays attention to details, and genuinely enjoys helping a team succeed, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with technology and basic computer tasks
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

  • Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate (preferred, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the team with marketing tasks including social media, flyers, and content prep
  • Handle data entry and help maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Keep the office tidy, stocked, and running smoothly day to day
  • Assist with planning and running team events and client appreciation activities
  • Run errands as needed to support agents and leadership
  • Take on special projects assigned by the team leader or executive assistant
  • Provide general administrative support across the team
